Safeguarding

Safeguarding

Our Commitment

In our churches, and as part of the Diocese of Worcester, we are committed to safeguarding children, young people and vulnerable adults to worship and grow in Christ safely. We take this commitment very seriously and believe that making our churches safe for all is everyone’s responsibility. To enable this to happen we follow the House of Bishops Guidance and Policies, and have our own policies in place.

If you or someone you know feels unsafe, you first priority should be to call the police.

For none urgent matters, you can also let the local police know by calling: 101

If you are a child, Childline has a phone number to call:  0800 1111

For information on how we respond to raised concerns, please see our Group policy
